Shipping and postage is automatically calculated when using Paypal. All posters and large wall visuals are carefully posted in postage cylinders or robust packages by NZ Post's Parcel Post. The item is sent at the customer's risk They are not shipped courier post unless the extra cost is paid. Similarly, if a signature is required upon receipt then NZ Post's extra charges will need to be allowed for. For example, an average cylinder couriered to the South Island from Auckland costs $27 or $29.13 if a signature is required. Parcel post is about $11. Or contact us for a firm postage/packaging rate

A4 and A3 visuals may be sent flat depending upon the numbers ordered. Our policy is that SchoolhistoryNZ will pay the extra cost if the postage costs more than our calculations. However, if the postage costs calculated on the automatic invoice greatly exceeds the costs of postage and packaging, because of bulk purchasing, then a credit will be supplied.

Payment made by mail, cheque or direct deposit will require a postage calculation from SchoolhistoryNZ. An estimate can be gained from NZ Post's on-line 'Rate finder'. Please email contact@schoolhistory.co.nz for a calculation of postage costs to be added to your payment.

NB: Automatically generated invoices only include national postage. International rates will have to be notified separately.

Further, we supply all posters and visual products laminated. This does incur an extra charge but we find that most teachers prefer this finish for items displayed on classroom walls. However, laminating is not an exact science and so the finish can be variable. Please advise us if you do NOT want your product laminated. In those cases, we can offer a reduced rate.
